17.06.08 - Meg the puppy has been adopted
When Meg's story became national news, Rochdale Animal Centre was inundated with offers of a home. Nearly 50 people were willing to adopt her from all over the country. Despite having a leg amputated she has made a brilliant recovery and now has a new mum

Meg was operated on on Tuesday and her damaged hind leg was removed. She is now well enough to play, with foster mum Jean keeping a close eye on her.
