Jean Spencer, manager of Rochdale's RSPCA shelter, said Meg is adjusting well to life on three legs and still manages to get up to mischief. Jean, who has been looking after Meg, said "She was in the vet's all day and when I brought her home she was whimpering and crying all night. We both finally got to sleep about 5am and when she woke up two hours later she ran into the bathroom and there was toilet paper everywhere, it was like the Andrex puppy.  From then on she was like a different dog.  She has been running rings round my border collie Lass, and is up to all her old tricks, like dragging Lass around the house by her collar.
