Little star Meg is battling back Heywood Advertiser 8 May 2008
The puppy which was cruelly beaten to within an inch of its life is fighting back thanks to thr love and care of RSPCA workers.
Her story was so shocking it featured in national newspapers and the RSPCA centre in Rochdale, where she is being cared for, has been inundated by people from around the country wanting to give the pup a home.
